1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 499bt platform and all of its services. By using this website or opening an account, you are considered to have accepted all of these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform.
499bt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be treated as your acceptance of the new Terms. We therefore recommend revisiting this page regularly.
In these Terms, "we", "499bt", or "platform" refers to the organisation operating the 499bt service. "You" or "user" refers to any person registered on or using this platform.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Eligibility
To create an account and use the services on 499bt, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the services. If it is found that a user is underage, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts, operating an account in another family member's name, or using a proxy is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 499bt may request proof of identity verification at any time. Providing false information will result in account closure.
3. Account Security
It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Never share your login details with any third party. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account, unless you can prove that the account was used without authorisation. 499bt uses SSL encryption technology to keep your information secure.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
499bt currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (for each method). When making a deposit, ensure the payment is made from a number registered in your name.
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact the support team via live chat or email.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure your account has been fully verified. Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be delayed.
4.3 Financial Transaction Policy
All transactions will be carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). If 499bt detects any suspicious financial activity, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account until the investigation is complete.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳10,000 or more qualifies for the maximum ৳8,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing winnings from a bonus, you must complete bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing those bonus winnings. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Abuse of the bonus system — such as attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts — may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended. 499bt reserves the right to withdraw a bonus in specific circumstances.
6. Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet will only be considered valid once the system has successfully confirmed it and the relevant amount has been deducted from the bettor's account. If a bet cannot be confirmed due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void.
6.2 Odds & Results
Betting odds may change at any time. Once a bet is confirmed, the applicable odds will remain unchanged. All sports betting results will be settled based on the final result of the relevant match.
6.3 Disputed Bets
In the event of any dispute over a result, 499bt's decision will be considered final. Any objection must be raised with the support team within 48 hours of the bet result being published.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Unauthorised access to or attempts to hack any system or software on the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses or rewards through manipulation or fraudulent means.
- Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other users.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Creating an account using a false identity or false information.
- Exploiting the system through any form of collaborative betting or arbitrage.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken if necessary.
8. Responsible Gaming

If any bet is cancelled due to a service being discontinued or changed, the amount of that bet will be returned to the relevant user's account.
11. Limitation of Liability
499bt is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, internet connection disruptions, or third-party issues. Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
499bt does not provide any financial compensation for potential losses from betting and gaming. Each user must make decisions based on their own financial capacity.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will retain their full effect.
